Немного обновленная инфа по рамам с Eurobike.
2011′s Majesty will come in 2 versions – the dirt, and the park version. Here’s a little more info on differences between the 2 models:
Majesty Dirt – The geometry is very similar to the 2010 model, except now it has a slightly lower bottom bracket height to keep the bike more stable at high speed, and it’s now designed to take up to 140mm travel up front, making it perfect for bigger dirt jumps & slopestyle courses. It also takes a standard euro bottom bracket, so is ready for any crankset out there. Chainstays: 381mm, Top tube: 574mm, Weight: 2.20kg.
Majesty Park – This high end street/park frame is based on the 24″ Suburban frame from this year, making it super tight, but tweaked so it will fit 26″ wheels no problem at all. It has a higher BB than the Dirt version, as is primed to take a rigid fork, or suspension travel of between 60 & 100mm, the BB on this one is spanish as it’s designed to take tough BMX cranks for all those park & street rippers. Chainstays: 374mm, Top tube: 552mm, Weight: 2.16kg.
Проще говоря (для не знающих языка): Majesty Park (24" Перья 374мм, Верхняя труба 552, Вес 2.16
Majesty Dirt (26" Перья 381мм, Верхняя труба 574, Вес 2.2
The new Suburban frame comes in 2 sizes, based on previous years’ 24 & 26″ options, but similar to the Majesty, they are now called dirt & park models. Both of these frames will take 24 or 26″ frames due to re-designed seatstay bridges, but one model is longer, to keep it stable over dirt jumps, and the other is shorter, making it more street & park friendly. They both feature integrated headsets & built in seatclamps. Here is a quick look at the geometry:
Suburban Dirt – Chainstays: 381mm, Top tube: 574mm, Weight: 2.49kg.
Suburban Park – Chainstays: 374mm, Top tube: 554mm, Weight: 2.45kg.
Colours: Black, white, red or chrome.
You will have seen the 2011 Capital in my Eurobike post too, but there are a few more details here for you all. The frame will be very similar to last year’s, although the tubing is slightly less complicated, making for a tougher frame overall, although slightly heavier than last year’s, but with a smaller price tag, so you’ll save some pennies to spend elsewhere on your bike! As I said before, this frame is now available in either 24 or 26″ sizing, which is great news for all you 26″ riders wanting a super tidy & tight frame for street riding. Both frames rock integrated headsets, pivotal seatposts and are 110 x 14mm rear ends, for u-brakes only.
Capital 26″ – Chainstays: 370mm, Top tube: 556mm, Weight: 2.39kg.
Capital 24″ – Chainstays: 355mm, Top tube: 546mm, Weight: 2.34kg.
Colours: Black, red or raw.
The Traffic remains in the NS range for next year, as the budget frame in the range, but still using geometry & features used on their previous years’ frames. This year it will be available in 1 size, which takes 24 or 26″ wheels, and of course will make for a super tight back end if you decide to run it with 26″ wheels. Integrated headset & seat clamp on these frames, and 135mm rear end ready to take any MTB hub.
Chainstays: 377mm, Top tube: 560mm, Weight: 2.59kg.
Colours: Black, bright yellow.
Previously NS had 2 ranges of hubs, called the Primary & the Rotary, well for 2011 they’ve decided to keep the Rotary name & drop the Primary hubs. They now have a couple of ranges within the Rotary name, the Rotary Standard & Rotary Pro. The main difference between the 2 is that the Standard will use standard cartridge bearings, and the Pro hubs will use bushings throughout, the Pro will also have some nicer, machined end caps, to make them look a little nicer & worth the extra money that’ll you’ll be paying for them.
То есть не будет разделения на Primary и Rotary. Останется только линейка Rotary, которая будет делиться на Стандарт и Про классы.
