Cannondale Chase in excellent condition.

Frame: '05 Cannondale Chase 1 Team Replica. Size: M. This frame falls into AM category because of its long chainstays, in 2006 Chase frames were shortened. Originally Chase was designed as "All Mountain Hardtail".

Fork: CUSTOM '08 Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 1. Aluminium reinforced steer tube. Travel: 135mm. (You can make it any travel you want, from 80mm to 160mm, by simply changing internal spacer). Left side: Air Preload (At The Top). Right side: Air Preload (At The Top), R Rebound Cartridge (At The Bottom). The fork is an air fork (no springs inside to save weight). Custom hardened black clamp bolts. Custom black air valves and top caps. Custom black aluminium nut. The fork was fitted with foam rings under the dust seals to lessen the friction inside and make the stroke smoother. There is 7.5W Motorex oil in it.

Headset: FSA Orbit Extreme Pro 1.5R (with 1.5 to 1 1/8 reducer). Light aluminium System Integration top cap with aluminium bolt.

Stem: Thomson Elite X4. Length 50mm. Rise 0 Deg. 31.8mm handlebar clamp.

Handlebar: Easton Vice. Length 711mm. Rise 20mm. 9 Deg. Bend, 5 Deg. Upsweep.

Grips: CUSTOM Specialized XC Locking Grip with black locking clamps.

Brakes: CUSTOM Avid Elixir R. Black aluminium clamp bolts, black clamps, black levers.

Rotors: Avid G3 Clean Sweep. Front - 160mm / Rear - 140mm.

Rims: Sun Ringle Singletrack. 32mm width. 32 holes.

Spokes: DT Swiss Champion 2.0.

Nipples: DT Swiss Pro Lock Standard. Brass.

Hubs: Front - Formula DH/DC91. Sealed Bearings. Rear - Specialized. 3 Pawls. Titanium axle. Shimano XT cones and ball bearings. Shimano XT quick release.

Tires: Maxxis Larsen TT 26x2.0. 60 TPI. 70a D. Foldable.

Tubes: Specialized Turbo Ultralight. Presta Valve.

Crankset: Shimano Hone. Length 170mm. Cro-mo axle.

Bottom Bracket: Shimano XTR.

Chainring: eNVy super stiff 7075Al CNC machined 32T.

Chainguide: CUSTOM Proton Chainguide.

Pedals: Shimano PD-M424.

Chain: Shimano XT with gold Sram Power Link.

Cassette: Shimano Ultegra 11-25T. 9 speed. Shimano XTR dark grey aluminium lockring.

Rear Derailleur: CUSTOM polished Shimano XT b-knuckle with play reducing washers. Black Shimano Ultegra short cage. Shimano XT pulleys with sealed bearings. Shimano XTR pulleys bolts with lockrings. Aluminium adjustment bolts.

Shifter: CUSTOM black Shimano LX shifter.

Shift Cable: Shimano XTR teflon coated.

Shifter Housing: Shimano 4mm.

Saddle: SDG I-Fly.

Seatpost: SDG Micro Aluminium.

Bike went through a complete overhaul in September 2010. I have taken it completely apart, cleaned and inspected everything, replaced grease in the headset and rear hub. Re-tensioned both wheels. Put new oil in the fork. Tires, chain, cassette, stem, handlebar, saddle, seatpost, pedal, shifter internals, shift cable & housing - all were received and installed in September 2010. Photos were taken December 4, 2010.

This bike is a multi purpose machine: light, durable, good for all mountain riding, street and 4 cross, built on one of the most versatile frames around.
